What to Expect When Hiring A Tree Care Professional
Today we would like to share with you some information when in the process of seeking, and hiring a professional tree service.
1. Give us a Call, an Email, or a Website Submission! If you have found Cedar Run LLC, you have already made an excellent first step towards caring for your trees and property.
2. Our office will find a time convenient for you to meet with our owner, Patrick to discuss all your tree care-related needs.
3. During the FREE estimate, we will capture what your needs as a client are. We will inform and educate you on the most up-to-date, and safe practices to preform what is needed. Additionally, we will discuss many other criteria. Including but not limited to, locations of subsurface structures (wells, septics, gas pipes, water pipes, buried foundations, etc) As well as structures above ground! Such as service lines to your home, street wires, and any and all structures we will be working around.
4. Once we have an idea of what needs to be done. We will start formulating a plan. Finding the most efficient and safe method for the work to be preformed is our goal. We will discuss different methods, such as (Crane assisted tree removals, the use of Bucket trucks and/or Lifts, and traditional methods where access is limited.)
5. Once a plan has been formulated, we will put together a proposal and email it to you within two business days. This proposal will include all the details which were discussed on-site during the estimate, in addition to cost, and materials needed.
6. Once you are ready to move forward with the project, please return a signed copy of the proposal via email. No deposit is required!
7. Now we are ready to schedule a convenient date(s) to complete the work. We will inform you of the time we plan to start in the morning. From this moment forward you, the client, are in the capable hands of Cedar Run LLC. We will take care of all ancillary scheduling (road closures, wire coverings, etc)
8. On the day the tree work is scheduled, here are a few things you can do to help us out!
• If you need to leave during the day, we ask that you please move your vehicles to a safe area out of the work zone, prior to our arrival.
• If you have dogs, please do your best to pick up their waste. It is a health hazard for our team to be working in and around animal waste. Often our ropes, and gear is on the ground throughout the day.
• If you have children and they care to watch, which we hope they do! Please do so at a safe distance, far from our work zone. Ear plugs are always a great idea too! It can get quite loud!
• If you have any additional work you would like us to review, please make sure to voice that request during the morning. Often our schedule is tough to change as the last minute. However we will always do our best to accommodate our clients.
9. When we have completed our project, and you are admiring the fantastic outcome! We will then either provide you with an invoice, or email the invoice shortly thereafter.
10. Once the invoice is received a check can be made payable to Cedar Run LLC, and mailed to the address within the invoice.
11. Ten easy steps later and your tree care is done! CONGRATULATIONS!!! While we hope to see you again in the future, we also love reviews, feedback, and references if you feel inclined!
